Who are we?

SmartOffice is an innovative Internet company which uses technology to undertake clients’ routine day-to-day office administration in the Cloud. This allows clients to develop their businesses without having to invest in an expensive in-house admin team.

Why use SmartOffice?

We work on a flexible pay-as-you-go charging model, allowing businesses to keep their costs to a minimum whilst maintaining access to a professional, on-demand admin team.

How will I be billed for SmartOffice services?

Customers receive a fully itemised bill at the end of each month, payable by variable direct debit.

SmartCall – Call Answering

What does the SmartCall Call Handling Service consist of?

SmartOffice will professionally answer you incoming telephone calls in your company name and with an agreed answering script. We can then route this call through to you or send a message via email or SMS. SmartOffice can also manage appointment bookings for businesses through their Internet based software.

How does the SmartCall Handling Service work?

Your telephone system will be configured to redirect calls from your office number to our telephony platform. Calls will then be routed to your assigned receptionist using our industry specific software. Your caller’s details will be displayed on the screen along with your company information and agreed script. If the receptionist is not available a colleague will automatically pick the call up. Mobiles and other extensions can also be redirected if desired.

Do I have to change my number?

No.  You will continue to use your existing business telephone number(s).

Can I test the system?

Yes! We provide a no-commitment 14 day trial for our telephony services. After this you can either continue using the service or revert to answering the calls yourself.

How long is a SmartCall contract?

Our standard contract requires thirty days’ notice to terminate, so there is no long term commitment..

SmartVPA – Virtual Personal Assistant

What does SmartVPA, the Virtual PA service consist of?

Our virtual PAs are ready to help with a number of PA-related tasks including, appointment management, email management, travel itineraries and many others. This is an on-demand service that you can use as and when you need the extra resources or wish to fully outsource.

What does SmartAssist, the SmartOffice Customer Services service consist of?

Our Customer Services agents are available on-demand to help with a number of Customer Services requirements including service desk/call logging, order processing, enquiry processing and many others. We can help whether you wish to fully outsource or to backup an internal resource.

Yes absolutely we will take care of the conversion process for you.

I need Management Accounts and Cash Flow reports for the bank how does that work?

We can provide a standard bookkeeping service or something much more complex to include Management Reporting, cash flow and budgeting, it’s up to you.

Absolutely we can help you source and integrate the right add in applications for your business so that you don’t lose competitive advantage.
